FOR GASTRO & HOTEL is a professional fair dedicated to the gastronomy and hotel industry. This year’s CONGRESS FOR GASTRO & HOTEL was also a two-day event designed exclusively for HoReCa professionals. Trade Fair held on 5th-8th. 10. 2017 at the exhibition venue PVA EXPO PRAHA in Letňany was attended by a total of 297 exhibitors and visited by 29,742 visitors.
After last year at the same FOR GASTRO & HOTEL expo, Galavito Heating Table BISTRO model won the Grand Prix award in the technology and equipment category, now we are glad to have the second award in the same expo!
Actually, there are two models of the Galavito Heating Table, not limited with BISTRO model, but also RESTO model with 0.7 kW infrared heater, 72 cm without table top. This model fits perfectly as a table base for seating guests in restaurants and cafes. In 2013, RESTO was also awarded the AMSP CR as the most innovative product and the Czech innovation was nominated as the Promising Innovation and also the Most Innovative Product. The advantage of the RESTO model is that it has about 10 times lower operating costs compared to gas heaters (called mushrooms). The consumption per hour of RESTO is approx. CZK 3 / hour, so only around 0,1 EUR!
The BISTRO DUO model, which was chosen as FAVORIT FOR GASTRO & HOTEL 2017, has a height of 109 cm (without table top) and 1.4 kW heating power. The intensity of the electric heater can be controlled by switching on only single one (0.7 kW) or 2 infrared tubes at the same time (1.4 kW). This model of the heated table is especially designed to stand around and especially for the valid smoking ban in Czechia, since 31st of May 2017.
